Fabulous experience from first communication through to collecting our puppy.  I had so many questions, but everything I needed to know was already printed & included in the puppy pack on  collection. I got my beautiful whippet willow in November  last year and she has been a fantastic addition to the family. Jess and her staff were friendly and supportive from start to finish. We were given a contract and loads of advice to settle willow in our home, we were also given worming advice and also her feeding and worming records were provided . They truly went above and beyond. I have been able to ask Jess and her team for advice after we arrived home and they have given advice no matter how silly our question was. We have found willow to be a well balanced puppy. Crate trained easy, travels well and also is happy to stay at home whilst we are at work.
